If you are a fresher then it is okay to work because the Interview rounds are not tough it is also because the salary is equals to stipend.

Please Keep these Points in your mind whenever someone going to work there. a.) Company is old but didn't able to grow at a good rate because of their work culture and tech team. b.) Very Hectic and negative work Culture you always works in a pressure so the chances of creativity remains no more. c.) Clearly not for people above 2+ y ears Exp. d.) Pay is very less also don't ever expect a good appraisal. e.) Its a Family driven company not a proper tech company. No Clear HR Policies there are 1-2 persons who takes all of the major decisions. f.) Pay is very less according to the work and pressure that exists there. g.)
