One of the worst companies to work for. The toxicity at its peak, with horrible culture and management that shows zero care for employees. Micromanagement is taken to extreme level, make it difficult to work. The company has zero ethics - they cut costs of employees by finding excuses. They impose policies on employees but they don't follow anything from their side. Cameras are everywhere with voice recording to track employees. They don't care about quality work or task completion- all they care about ridiculous productivity reports that have been done using a tracking software and that should be strictly installed in your system.
