Company is good and decent, but ask us to work independently but in some areas not able to go through,need to improve it.

Company is Good, Good Structure. Heads are motivating. Individual responsibility is given and everyone is trained to work without monitoring.

Dislikes

As i am in junior level, i need always some one to guide, but company wants everyone to take individual responsibility which i am not able to. I feel that is what i dislike.

Work Details

I had worked as logistic assistant. Job to to follow with vendors and make the shipment on time and following with shipping line for documents. Quite challenging and intresting job.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
