The company does not understand the concept of work load and work delegation. A constant clashing of ideas between the two owners. Management acts like they understand how to do the work of the designers and forces the work onto the designers with unrealistic and unhealthy deadlines. The Management's lack of people skills in actually horrific, the manner in which they communicate with a client and takes up various projects without even taking into consideration about the opinion of the designers. They sre always behind the throats of the employees constantly trying to rush the work and put more pressure<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
