Initial 2 years of my career in Vidal I could implement new initiatives in the department and got the opportunity to travel across the country

Dislikes

Though career growth was ok for me initially , with regard to salary appraisal and opportunities given for skill development, I would rate it very poor. It's more to do with my HR reporting manager than organisation as a whole. Generally people are unhappy about their prospective growth opportunities and prevailing internal politics

Work Details

Initial 2 years, it was exciting and challenging, but eventually it was quite monotonous and no new opportunity was given for career growth. It happens so if you had to work under a self absorbed reporting manager
