You never miss work. Work always keep flowing and its good development work which will definitely increase your skill set. Onshore and offshore team work together and have good chance for onshore but as usual politics come in picture.

Dislikes

No constructive vision for the future specially in software services and no value to the loyal employee. People management is pretty poor. Senior management is only look for people who follow their footsteps and doesn't like people who are more realistic. Does not have much projects and hence no professional growth.
