The company is having very good and free atmosphere to work. As company is having business for Pan India, I got chance to work in various culture and travel across India and out of it got good exposure too. Employees love to work here till and after retirement also.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
