Worst management.. No job security.. Whenever they want they will fire/terminate people... No other allownes only salary they will provide you.. You have to work more than 55hours also Saturday they will call to come office....No food, no transportation, no health insurance, only sick leave other than no leave, holiday also they will give by tamil calendar.. No work from home... If we got positive also they will say come and work here... Worst ever company, They treat you like slave and without any humanity. They will promise the timing as 10hr and weekend off. But they will make you work for 12 hours to 15 hours or even more and Will make you work even in weekends. The management and HR are puppets they will threaten you with the relieving documents and backgroundverification. No procedure at all they never follow any it standards and procedures. No proper amenities. No cab even if you leave late night. No job Security, The hire and fire employees If you get an offer with attractive salary, think twice you will regret it....Read More
