The only advantages of the company is that they won't do any tax deduction and only the basic TDS will be deducted

They will deduct PF from you account and will not give you only 3 months they will give you. They will call you at 00:00 AM and force you to come and make you wait till 03:00 AM in the morning and make sure that you are getting treated like a slave and insult you with all the foul words and get you depressed and force you to login at 09:00 AM in the morning. But they will make you work for 12 hours to 15 hours or even more and Will make you work even in weekends.
