Each and everything. They don't value their employees. If someone take leave for some urgent family issues or personal issues they simply terminate them, without notice.

There is a culture in which real growth and improvement are suppressed because employees are hesitate to express their worries or provide helpful criticism. The ongoing worry about getting fired causes needless stress and decreases productivity
