The company provides free hand to take the job and leadership of the discipline. It is giving full freedom for learning but it depends upon as per the immediate supervisor. Company provides good salary scale and opportunities to work with all categories.

The company does not have any standards. Example proper drawing template also not available. Everyone will work as per their opinion and their style. No standard document numbering, list, philosophy is available. As usual the politics will play a major role. It depends upon the immediate supervisor. There is no dedicated drafting member for each disciplines. One should work for Mechanical and the same guy has to work for electrical, instrumentation and even civil also. This is to be Modified. Saturday and Sunday is off. Even though they ask to come and work. Compensation will be provided once in 3 months and that too not provided to so many people's ....Read More

Nothing to be liked untill unless person who knows to please supervisor and gossip, gather information from one Person and give the negative alone to the highers!

It's is really had to work here. Company started and worked good upto sometime. But unfortunately the people's who joined from the first now dominating the others and doesn't take any leadership to develop the team. Simply asking questions and no resolution provided. If some asks for solution, they say try to get an answer and come back. If comes back they again asks questions. The company doesn't pay on time. They don't care about employees. If anyone asks salary, they point some and tell he / she's working hard and not talking about salary. If that person coming why you can't come. Like that they will talk. The VP whatever agreed will not be paid. So forget the VP in salary structure. The settlement also not given to peoples who ever left the company for more than 2 or 3 years. It's is a bad place to work or even start the carreer. Pls take this advice. And think twice or more if you really want to join!...Read More

Very Bad! They don't know the value of others. Simply they will tell their story and their experience. No one is having any quality. The company doesn't have any standard working template. Even a standard A3, A4 drawing sheet template itself.

Top management is very good. Working “One Wabag” culture . Freedom work and get knowledge is a big asset. we can not get like outside.

Less Increments and basic and recognising good working people is Missing. To strengthen the middle management will give best output. Otherwise Wabag is very good company

Good place to learn and build you skills as a beginner, good work culture and supportive teammates(depends on the department you are working for). Could grow easily if you work hard ( having a connection with right people helps though)

Wabag expects you to work for virtually nothing in return, the pay structure is designed to rip you of all the benifits and increaments are nothing when compared to other similar organizations.

The job security was good before the covid pandemic three years back.

The people who really working hard is not getting any appreciation, instead of that the show off persons / superior will get the credit from the management. Intermediate people is not elevating their subordinate works to management.
