Functional Head Mr. Senthilkumar Chandrasekaran don't know what is " Work" " Life" "Balance". Buttering Guy to Mr. Mittal and got the Promotion and reached the Position. Just copy paste what Mittal doing and what Mittal telling. Observed that Mr. Senthil Kumar's behavior reflects high level ego, which has made it difficult for him to collaborate effectively with others, His limited experience with MNC organization's and lack of exposure to hybrid work cultures may be contributed to this. additionally , his approach to leadership dose not seem to align with the qualities' needed for effective team management. collaborative mindset would be beneficial for someone in a leadership position. Management is very bad no promotion no increment policy.Where as upper Management is very good . In north region the project manager Mr. Rajiv Mehta is very bad person

Good place to learn and build you skills as a beginner, good work culture and supportive teammates(depends on the department you are working for). Could grow easily if you work hard ( having a connection with right people helps though)

Wabag expects you to work for virtually nothing in return, the pay structure is designed to rip you of all the benifits and increaments are nothing when compared to other similar organizations.
