People here do two things — 1. Do their own job and that's they're assigned to do 2. Oil others' machines as much as they can. HR management is poor and employees keep gossiping all the day inside the office room (Typical Bengali Culture). HR management is superior to bring false allegations to anybody they're targeting. That's freaking horrible ! People who are working from home are getting advantage of it though they must be available at any time (at any cost). Some of the people who are working from office are afraid of balancing their personal life. They don't recognise the actual talent of the employees and they assign them unorthodox, cranky tasks about which he/she is neither trained nor taught prior to that assignment.
