In initial stage i personally enjoyed with workn because of targets are as per the market trend. And initial stage company privided good quality of service to customers. From last 10 months targets are coming from management imagination not from reality. Now a days targets are impossible ti achieve. And Management cut it off the inc entives part of cost control....Read More
