hr rachna (no experience) , mukul tyagi (downfall of uk), divya marketing. very poor and bad management by hr and mukul tyagi. they joined the company and spoiled the work culture in 6 months from positive to extreme negative. in front of me, rachna and pooja in the cabin speaks about how to give problems to sales and crm team thattoo in front of team members. i resigned and left her team because of negative environment and politics played by them. negatives: -hr coming late to the office -gossiping whole day in the cabin -played dirty politics with the help of mukul -but now organisation is searching for (Hr) her replacement and ceo mukul is fired. uk will only grow if management behaves in good manner with the ground level employees....Read More
