There is some room for improvement in the final copy of question papers that leave the office. There are a few grammatical or idiomatic errors in almost all the question papers on English, physics, mathematics, logic and reasoning. No attempt was allowed to correct those errors. Teammates do not look forward to upgrading their e xisting academic qualifications. There wasn't any room for career growth in TIME because I was a contract employee. About six years ago there was a ten per cent salary rise which came down to five and one per cent subsequently. Innovation applied only to the use of new computer software or hardware. There was no innovation in the work per se. There was work-life balance and I don't have anything to complain about on that score. There wasn't any training in English content-writing either. I enjoyed my work and benefited immensely from it. People used to approach me when they were in doubt about the correctness of a sentence or the use of a word in their question paper.

Working with non-technical people and facing challenges. Resolving all problems. Giving a solution to in house projects. All employees are work like friendly nature and helpful in all aspects.

I working as Tech Lead in programming in T.I.M.E. Giving all my technical stuff to improve their offline work to online and developing the in house projects(PHP, Moodle). I used to maintain 3-4 members of PHP developers and assisting them by giving task.
