The job security has to be one of the USP of TIME. Anything you did or did not do would ensure that you have a job at the end of every month and it was seldom that they fired anyone.

Dislikes

TIME as a company had many good SOP in place but they were overlooked in the name of sales thereby compromising the integrity of the workplace. Somehow it was seen as a necessary evil, widely accepted and then gloated about when things did not work in favour.

Work Details

The work allocation was very haphazard, while the concept of being multi functional sounds good on paper it takes a toll on the person who tries to actually put this to practice.
