1. There is no job security. 2. You can't learn anything as they provide the same work everyday with rigid rules. 3. Less Pay and More Work Policy which is totally unfair. 4. No respect of the employee's situations. 5. They just want their work done as per their choice.

Nothing as such, there is no job security (they will make you leave whenever they want). They do give appraisal on paper but it is never going to be credited in your account ( this is what made me leave the job). Office politics is very bad every one is playing their own game, my reporting was to the director itself and he too a mastermind in playing office politics. I resigned on 9th of July out of frustration. My incentive amount was pending from past 5 months and what's funny is they have mentioned in the salary slip but it was never credited, just image how big fraudsters they are.

Work? Nobody gives a shit about working everyone is faking as if they have a lot of work but yet nobody cares. There's a saying " KAAM KAR NA KAR, USKI FIKAR KAR. FIKAR KAR NA KAR, USKA ZIKAR KAR". This happens in the office.
