As an intern at Tradeshala, one of the things I appreciate most is the dynamic and inclusive work environment. From the very beginning, I was encouraged to share my ideas and contribute to meaningful projects, which made me feel valued despite being new to the team. The company culture promotes collaboration, and I was able to work closely with experienced professionals who were always willing to offer guidance. This allowed me to develop my skills quickly and gain hands-on experience in a real-world setting. Additionally, Tradeshala provides a great platform for learning. I was exposed to different facets of the business, which broadened my understanding of the industry. Even as an intern, I felt supported, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions, take on challenges, and learn from mistakes. Lastly, the team is highly innovative and forward-thinking. Dislikes

While my experience at Tradeshala has been largely positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. One of the main challenges I faced as an intern was the lack of structured mentorship. Although the team was supportive, there was no formalized mentorship program, which sometimes made it difficult to navigate tasks or understa nd the broader goals of the projects I was involved in. Additionally, the onboarding process for interns could be more streamlined. It took some time to get fully integrated into the team and understand the tools and workflows, which slowed down my initial productivity. A more comprehensive orientation or training at the beginning would have helped smooth the transition. Finally, there were occasional communication gaps between departments, which sometimes led to delays or confusion about project priorities.
