Teammates are average. You won't really get that kick to compete with anybody. Work is mundane and a lot. Work environment is lousy, not to blame anybody but they have more people than office resource. Worst part is there is no work life balance. Management will expect you to work like robots even without rebooting time. Also, Management could do away with the Saturdays. I have resigned on Jan and relieved on April 30 2020. Meanwhile I was working from home with my own laptop full April month. As they wanted office laptop to be given to others.
