1. Since this is a process industry and comes under essential commodities act, company works on all the six days a week and hence work life balance is a little off the mark. 2. The other one is the issue of food provided by the company, which needs to improve a lot. 3. I feel that the promotions which are are on time bound basis toa certain level in the organization to all the people should be removed as undeserving candidates get promoted, which demotivates the really efficient and deserving candidates . The process of appraisal needs to be revisited....Read More
