Environment is good for work gain more knowledge work in instrument and it's relevant activity. Best part is its company conducting so much of training it's best for your knowledge.

Dislikes

Some point is like Work balance is not good. Weekend is definitely alloted for every employee. Time flexible many time in a week you work more than 8-9 hours. Feel like overload.

Here , lab management is not proper and qualified staff are processing and underqulified staff reporting the patient report.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address out issues. Career growth is slow .
