Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. Nothing to like in this company, No increment, they don't deserve any stars, bad experience in this company and many things.

Dislikes

Every thing is dislike, only 1500 rs increment in a year, in my working duration only 2 increment and in that increment they deduct 5perc security guarantee . That deducted amount not refund yet yet 3 months of demobilisation complete
