In multicar maintenance workshop lots of things to know and many times it is challenging job when first time problem occure . How to handle customer , how to manage spares and how to face problems came in todays modern vehicles. Overall i am enjoying and satisfied that faced and trying to do challenging jobs in many cases.

Workshop Politics , most of the old people's do not adjust new comer or they are not accept easily new people's.
