1. People are hired on the basis of personal connections despite a lack of skills. 2. The UX department solely works on favouritism and petty politics. It is clearly difficult for the HOD to separate personal bias and professionalism 3. There is no open-door policy. You might be toiling hard at work and your HOD wouldn't care to conduct any review to know what you are up to. 4.
