This is the best university in the country as far as innovation, research, Job security and work life balance is concern. This university pay the highest package in the country.

It's a good institute.Teaching and learning is good and emphasis is given on research.It requires more permanent teacher at higher level. Contractual appointments should be discarded at least for good teaching.

Dislikes

Management should be rejigged. A few persons usually userp power and benefits.Good and efficient directors with good teaching experience should be inducted. One should give more emphasis on the performance of the candidate at undergraduate and graduate levels.While I worked there i was not happy with the management.
