Bangalore Management is really good. Since Abin(B.M) is management's close friend he holds all the departments in his hands. He changes company policies like drinking water. From last 1.5yr office atmosphere became toxic and a of discrimination between the branches. A lot favors to their loved ones

After working as a Robot. Management gives appraisals and Importance only to the people whom they like( A lot of politics). Management itself never follow the hierarchy. Management is good & they sit like Idols. Abin Jacob and Anjana Jain rules and changes the policies according to their comfort.

Dislikes

Management gave all leniency and they also depended on Abin & Anjana. Management always listen to 1 side & take the decisions. Never try asking or understanding from the employee's end. They give the target where employees can't achieve. Discrimination between the branch's and departments, demotivation, partiality, no hierarchy, toxic manager. No work life balance. Expect you to achieve an unrealistic working hours of 6 hours for which you need to spend minimum of 11 hours in the office. They don’t allow you to have lunch with colleagues and you can’t go together for lunch even during lunch hours. No leaves on weekends. No leads provided still wants you to make sales. Totally unprofessional.

the company has no standard and any day you can fire. there has a lots of politics and the owner is also involve on it , he don't have self mind to decide who has working hard for his organization.

who have the buttering capability, do the job over there. and the HR have don't manner to how to talk an employee, she think all are slave. that is the reason no is stay in long time at that branch. Don't try to go this organization
