No work life balance, they'd expect you to work 6 days full time and be mad when you take your rightful off days, toxic work culture, arrogant superiors who don't have a single care about your well being. all my colleagues hated the organization and the manager when I worked there

Texas Review provides great learning experience, the managers are very understanding in the department of academics, everyone has extremely good work ethics, They are patient when you are learning something new and the academics department is just amazing.

Dislikes

There is nothing I dislike about Texas Review..except there are few departments,where-in people can improve their communication and soft skills a bit eventually, making the office a better place to work.

Salary appraisals are not done on time.HR's do not respond well.BM and process managers play a lot of politics. Especially Guntur and vijaywada.Work culture has become worst from past 1 year since the entry of new regional manager.

It's a great platform to learn new things and explore...Company and the Management is real awesome. No words to explain about the campany and the managers. They won't behave like a company owners,treat every employee like their own family. They also supports and helps us to achieve our targets. Team is so supportive and gives encouragement in each and every step of our work
