For me working with TH has been the most fulfilling job so far in my career. While growth has always been on top of my radar, I find it very difficult to work with organizations with toxic culture. Dislikes

I don't really dislike it but a few people can. Like any IB, the working hours are pretty long and to do's are never ending. But no weekend working.
