Job security is good & good working environment.... Finance Manager is quite better than other management staff.....no skills development opportunities....one ownership management culture.... In executive level company policies are to hire against minimum salary, as less as they can pay...... leave (C/L or P/L) opportunities for employees (executive level) are very worst.....

Very poor management and managers are inefficient. There is no Salary structure every thing is dependent on buttering. Owner treated his employees as slave. Such a bad experience I ever had.
