The company is good for one who are top level feet-lickers and doesn’t want life apart from office. Almost every team-leads are useless and don’t know how to explain, zero knowledge about technology, zero help incase you are stuck and have so much of ego to accept juniors POV or even consider it. They don’t give hike, appreciation or anything. Even best employee of the month award goes to feet-lickers no matter how much you work and show the results before deadline. They don’t have any cycle for appraisal, will blame you if ask it after few months that it’s your job to follow-up and scare you with all aspects if you ask for anything like that. They are top class scammers, once you resign they won’t let you serve NP as well as won’t be paying any salary for those duration. Save yourself and your life if you get offer from them. It is good for a fresher. People are less and work is more so you'll always have lots of work and there are many good people who will help in your learning. For 2-3 years it is good in terms of learning but don't expect work life balance.

Dislikes

Company don't care about employees, they just want to use employees for their profit. Salary is very less and senior management always try to save by not giving proper appraisal. Company earns good money but don't want to give appraisal. They used Covid as another way of saving money. Don't provide any facility to employees, even laptops for WFH. Employee has to use their own laptop and Internet and if anything happens to your laptop company won't give any reimbursement and also cut employee's leave since employee is not able to work. They don't give performance pay on time just to save more money, you have to ask for it many times. Their focus is not on earning more by making good products, their focus is on how to cut some money from employee's pocket. Management is very poor, every process is delayed. Learning curve is very good, for freshers it is a good company. Responsibilities are more which will help in learning things faster.

Project managers and team leads are good but team managers are not. They try to hide things from employees. Company doesn't care about its employees, they don't want to spend any single penny on employees. During pandemic reality came out, they increased the work, have to work for 11-12 hrs every day and when it comes to salary, they did not give appraisal and also did not pay for WFH expenses. If you join as a fresher , you will get lot of learning opportunity and you need to be smart to learn quickly else u will learn little slowly though you will learn eventually. Work culture is good and you will always have the guys to put there hands on your shoulders and appreciate your work and support in personal crisis too.
