Very dirty politics at site/ workplace. The manager thinks he is the boss, and if someone in his team wants to work properly, he afraid that his junior will perform better than him, then his incompetence will be exposed. In such a situation, through politics, he creates an terrible environment where a skilled person is not able to move forward. Ultimately, he has to leave the job, even though he does not already have another job in hand.
