Only salary on time.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. There are lot of internal politics going on. The higher authorities doesnt even know or try to know whsts going on inside and there is a lot of toxicity inside the working areas, discrimination based on favoritism

Here are some old staffs who are taking salaries month by month by doing nothing but poking junior staffs in every work, just because the company doesn't have threw out policy. And they are taking wrong advantage of this.
