AMD offers lots of leaves but probably you may not be able to use when you need it because of tremendous work pressure (pressure of work not the work)

Dislikes

Management is absent...no management skills in managers. They simply pass on any tasks or pressure pressure to teams without even have a primary analysis. Then they want you to them everything about the issue/task. But they are barely technical so almost impossible to make them understand anything. At last since they don't understand anything they start to micromanage.

Technical leadership is absent, managers clueless what is a function, thread and a variable, no clue what they did before and what they are doing. I even got a chance to report to a fake experience manager, he requested me not to disclose about him

Very worst experience. Please don't join this organisation. This is like a Lala ji ki dukaan. Duties are not defined for employees, they can allocate any work to anyone. Good engineers, very helpful but management is killing them for their politics

Dislikes

Bad managers, horrible management on IDC right from team level upto site level. Nobody cares about how bad things are and things keep going the way they are driven by bad management.
