One of the worst and bossy CEO who favors certain employees. The project manager who micromanages daily tasks and shouts at colleagues when work conflicts occur. There is no career growth or development and certainly no promotions. The HR manager does not provide support during conflicts or respond to calls or emails. The HR is simply a puppet role for the higher-level managers and management. Lack of policies and improper organizational hierarchy would definitely become the downfall of the organization. Sweans has been an amazing place for me to grow and improve my skills. The team is full of talented and smart people, which makes it such a great environment to work in. The hiring process is definitely challenging because of the high standards, but once you're in, it's a fantastic place to be.

Working at Sweans is absolutely fantastic. They are flexible. Management understands the situation of employees and supports them in every hard time. Through Covid-19 lockdown we have been given an opportunity to work from home and thats been a big relief.

Dislikes

Nothing to point out as such which I dislike. Yes salary is decent but growth is slow. Hike structure needs improvement.
