My university is supporting us financially as much as is possible for them, instead of loss in revenue. Also they are doing very well to support all the staff and patients as well.

The workplace is very good and fair atmosphere. good management too. All staff members behave very well. Through timely meetings & discussion on teaching methodologies one can really develop his teaching skills here.

Only thing good at working here is you get to know about good exposure of healthcare and diagnosis since the patients are usually from the nearby areas

No confirmation about job if one is posted on contractual level. HR doesn’t inform you about your future at the organisation and says all depends upon department whereas department says ask at HR

Everyday you can learn something from the patient's work and definately the juniors and seniors behaviour.

Work load is too much and man power on the same side is very poor.Some of the higher authorities or in higher post don't deserve their designations I said because they don't have enough knowledge and miss using their post.According to capability promotion is not done.
