Plus point - Colleagues including all seniors are very helpful and open minded. Overall its a great environment and colleagues to work with. Gained wonderful experience.

Dislikes

There are some demotivated people who makes you feel disturbed and less motivated towards work. Working hours are hilarious, you never know what time you will leave. I’ve worked for 10-12 hours repeatedly for months inspite of my official timing which has mentioned in the letter i.e. 8:15, and got nothing good in return in terms of any perks or OT pay. No compensation. No aprreciation

Work is interesting but sometimes very boring because of repeatedly same work for months. Overall I've learned alot throughout my journey at SAFL.
