If would say that I am also an employee of this company at Guwahati It's Regional office. Well Management here and good opportunity to get knowledge and experience. well, staff behave and teamwork, as well as Shri Yogesh Tiwari, is also here to handle with high-efficiency work.

Job security is average, culture work are satisfactory. In the management level some persons are very good. Company policies are excellent. Motivation and innovation are good.

Dislikes

Teammates are very helpful, working environment are good. There are huge politics. Company policies are change as per site management level. Some persons in site (Management and Senior level) are not helpful. There behavior are so rudely. No Salary appraisal. No TA-DA available. There are no personal life. Work-life balance is very bad. They never thinking about his good employees.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
