No such things in this company, 24hr work culture is their, store keeper is working at a very senior level who wants you at site 24hrs and count labours and click photos for him. All vendors are local and no recognised vendor want to work with them. No supervisor at site, we nicmarian are supposed to do supervisor job at site.

Dislikes

Seniors will bark at you all the time. Any fault by them will be credited into your account and you will be fired so they can save themselves. Almost all projects are delay because seniors are sleeping at their home.
