Outdated mindset of workforce, People are not ready to embrace the change, Management also not manuring / maintaining the tree but expecting for sweet fruits. New management programs are not driven by Top management. Middle management struggles for driving the people. Not updated with up to date legal requirements and labor laws gives headache during resignation.

Hello, It is indeed my pleasure for telling about my Group Support during and Post Covid-19. (During and Post) a) Group has taken the best care for all the team members by providing free food (3 times) b) Group has decided to support the team members financially by paying full salaries of March-2020, and thereafter with a certain percentage till the situation normalize and back to the business c) The team members has been trained with SOP as proactive measure during May 2020. d) The best possible health measures has been followed and best possible mechanism is in place perhaps,one of the best SOP's is being followed for the Guests and for the team members( WHO & Ministry of Health Govt of India) I do not hesitate to mention here, that Supreme Group of Hotels has set an example during Lock Down andPost.
