The company is really very good, team members are very cooperative, and daily i come across many new things that is very useful for me to gain knowledge that is the main part from my point of view, the product that are made their are very interested, but mangers who handles the team they handles like they have a group of 'cid dogs 'if they says to run we have to run if they says stop so we have to stop. That the worst thing i have come across so far , company is very good bosses are too good they encourages innovation, work life is good , for traveling we have buses, we have been to several training which is very good because we come across many new ideas as well....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
