Lot of elderly staff (avg age 50+). No room for innovation/creativity/modern thinking. Laid back processes. Technology averse organization. Remuneration not on par with market / skills. No recognition for skilled/qualified manpower. Poor growth opportunities. Not the perfect workplace for go-getters/millenials/qualified.

Work Details

I enjoyed my work as it was a new function but without much training support. I got extended responsibilities but without increase in remuneration or promotion. I learnt quite a bit and achieved a lot, but with less recognition.
