Hello! Thank you for your feedback. Every input from our current and past employees is extremely valuable for us, as we strive to extend our lead as one of the best workplaces in this industry. We have noted your feedback, and while the industry in itself is faced with the challenge of hectic workload, we continue to work towards ensuring a healthy working environment, including focus on working hours. The steps we have taken include monitoring of punch times and flagging unusually long hours, instituing overtime for many grades and departments, as well as increasing our manpower to deal with workload variability.

We would also like to emphasize that all Saturdays are off at SOL as of writing this response.
