No training for upskilling You have to do self learning Senior employees except director technical never want to train juniors nor they promote juniors views nor technical enough and these seniors are too much egoist

If you are a fresher in Structures detailing you may learn things fast as the company forces you to work for more than 80 hours per week.

You will not feel like you are working in some company, its like you are working in some lala ki dukaan.No professional ethics at all.
