There is one Deputy Manager named Anil Panigrahy in US process . Does not do any thing . Other than bringing in Gossiping about both seniors and juniors . Does this all Day and entire month . He shares monthly PPT but that also prepared by his team members. Dont review any tasks .some times just check on if the task completed and if you say that I need some help and guidance then no help provided and you will be scolded . That what is his managerial duty all about . And he is very well paid for doing nothing . Worst HR and itz policies. HR Head keeps on changing every year! And so are the policies. Designations are kept hidden and thrown upto you. Managers are H.O are worthless and only care about their own interests. No discussion on performance appraisal. Ratings are thrown at you. No discussion on career growth. Either you obey or you can leave. Worst management.
