Everything, leads ,manager knows nothing. In return they want juniors to learn and teach them. Managers don't even know how to fix the bug in production which is already fixed by juniors and mentioned over the confluence

I have Worked here for 3 years, and unfortunately,my experience has been disappointing.Carrier growth is stagnant , and the yearly salary increment is shockingly low 300rs to 700rs.While a Diwali bonus is provided it doesn't make up for the lack of opportunities and recognition. The work environment heavily political , withfavoritism being a significant issue, especially towards certain individuals in leadership. Shift flexibility is non -for example,example night shift are mandatory and nearly impossible to change. While snacks are provided during night shifts, they are subpar compared to even government school meals. Most importantly, there is no real focus on skill develolment.I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for professional growth or fair treatment....Read More
