I'm working in 3SC since 2015 and experienced a lots of goods changes made in company so far. Job Security is the main role which has played a major role in my tenure. If you give 100% of yourself, the company will pay you back 1000% for sure.

There is nothing much which i feel i will complain about but there is some progress can be made on employee training part where employee can perform better.
