Absolute Rubbish working culture. Higher ups do not have any idea on how to utilize resources. Financial discipline is not followed. Salary is never given on time. They do not have a concept of work life balance. The organization is micromanaged by the Chairman at every level even from housekeeping staff.

Applied for a Business analyst in international relations. But turned out to be a secretarial work for the Assistant Director. I have done everything from arranging coasters on the meeting table to meeting delegates from foreign universities.
