Working culture is great. Ppl are supportive. Growth is stable once you are senior. Production teams get timely reviews and their hard-work paid off. Also great company to work with for ppl from medical-engineering background(BSc-MSc-BCA-MCA-BE-PHd-MBBS-MD)

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Career growth almost zero once you reach at senior level. Work should be done on time but at the time of review, silly made up excuses given. Favourites always preferred over hard working and skill full employees. This is for IT infra dept not for whole org. Development teams have more opportunities for learning also internal switches are frequent for them.
