I am still working in this organization with no hope of job security, after new plant head joining the culture have become worse to worst.

Dislikes

I am small person hence, i don't know much about senior management, but plant head is full of politics, not even ready to listen the juniors, no scope of growth, every month there are one to two resignations, I feel like i am threatened to work here, don't understand what is procedure to put our words, we have full potential to under stand shop floor, but no one take care of it, floor is full of politics, and if your are from north India then you have to keep your mouth shut and work, i have been here since 1<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.5 years but still not have feeling of any sense of job security, I will request to new comers or new joiners that, only join this company if you don't have job or you want learn and then go, company don't have any plan for juniors</mark>....Read More
